Dissemination information about the project will be done in an array of publications, including social media, newsletters/gazettes, blogs and articles. The project will be listed in the partner organisation’s websites. To attract participants to the project workshops, an open call will be published in CBU and MU. To create an open and transparent process, the selection criteria will be announced and the decisions made collectively by the partners. The project will require the participating staff to write short stories of their experience and especially about their personal capacity building during the activities. They can, for example, reflect on how participation in the workshops or increased skills in e-learning will advance their careers, teaching skills and working life skills. Similar writings will be published from the organisational viewpoint: what benefits the organisations have or will gain from the project, how will things be developed further, etc. The participants are encouraged to write joint articles for newspapers, internal publications and other media. The staff are also encouraged to participate in trade shows, local, national and international seminars to share their experiences and knowledge gained within the project. The E-leap Toolbox will be published in electronic format. An article about the project and its results will be jointly written by the partners and published in the publication series of the Lapland University of Applied Sciences.
