Tulokset Intellectual Output 1 – StudyStandard questionnaires and face-to-face interviews will be conducted to identifythe habits of the target group and their current health situation, including questions related to healthy life styles, regular physical education, etc. The field work will be complemented by desk analysis on the topic in the involved countries Intellectual Output 2 – Focus GroupTo strengthten the value of this phase, a focus group will be selected in each partner country to test with physical proofs the Health reality of the target group. Intellectual Output 3 – The AgeLife Report. A joint report of IO1 and IO2 will be edited at the end of the Phase, in English, to support the launching of the Phase II. Intellectual Output 4 – Tools for a Healthy Lifestyle for people 50+ An international seminar will join the experts from the partner organizations, to define, to design and to schedule the production of the following tools:Glossary of common terms of referenceExercise and Motivational Prescription Guide for Adults and Seniors. On paper and digital version with videos, available in the project educational platform (Open EducationalResource) in all the languages of the partner organizations.Educational platformMobile APPThe Project is funded by Erasmus plus Sport Programme and the total budget is: 392705 euros. The share of Lapland University of Applied Sciences is: 63510 euros.
