Lapin AMKin kansainvälistymispalvelut järjestää Kansainvälisen päivän 22. lokakuuta 2025!

Kansainvälinen päivä on täynnä kaikkea ulkomailla opiskeluun ja kansainvälisyyteen liittyvää! Ohjelmaa on tarjolla niin Kemissä ja Rovaniemellä kuin Teamsissäkin. Ohjelma huipentuu kansainväliseen ruokatapahtumaan (International Food Fair), joka järjestetään Lapin yliopiston Petronella-ravintolassa Rovaniemellä kello 18 alkaen. Tapahtuman ohjelma ja Teams-linkki löytyvät alapuolelta! Tapahtuman kieli on englanti, mutta olet tervetullut kyselemään kysymyksiä myös suomeksi!

The Internationalisation Services of Lapland UAS are hosting the International Day on October 22, 2025! 

The International Day is packed with all things having to do with studying abroad! You can join the event either at our Kemi or Rovaniemi (Jokiväylä) campuses or online! We finish the day off with an International Food Fair that takes place in the University of Lapland Petronella restaurant in Rovaniemi. Check out the program and find the Teams link below!

11-12.30: Poster expo and marketplace (Kemi: campus main lobby, Rovaniemi: Jokiväylä campus main lobby) 

  • Come chat with the internationalisation services Kemi and Rovaniemi staff and learn about your future exchange destination!

12-12.30: Study in Arctic – Student experience (Teams)

  • International student and ULapland intern Lilia Lundquist shares about her experience studying in Alaska. The Teams link for this session is separate from the rest of Lapland UAS’ International Day online program.

13-14.30: Go abroad! Info session (Kemi: Auditorium, Rovaniemi: Borealis, Teams)

  • Get to know the the A-B-C of going abroad as a Lapland UAS degree student. You also get to hear from your fellow students who are already abroad!

14-16: Midterm meeting for current exchange students in Rovaniemi (Tekula Restaurant, Jokiväylä campus) 

  • At the midterm meeting exchange students who have come to Rovaniemi to study meet fellow exchange students from abroad.

15-16 : Exchange partners introduce themselves! (Kemi: Auditorium, Rovaniemi: Borealis, Teams)

  • Lapland UAS has many exchange partners, and they would love to have you come and study with them. Hear from four of them at this session!
