Research Manager | Development and Management UAS
Our research, development and innovation (R&D) activities are multidisciplinary and in terms of scope, they are at the top of our country’s universities of applied sciences. R&D is closely connected to education, strategy and the SDG goals of sustainable development.
Open research, development and innovation (R&D) means that the research methods, materials, results and publications of R&D projects are as openly available and usable as possible within the limits set by research ethics and law..
In accordance with the open operating culture, we strive to make all the knowledge and know-how we produce available to everyone who wants to. Openness is also made visible through participatory activities, openness of R&D and learning environments and processes, and high-quality interaction.
Transparency improves the quality and reliability of R&D activities. It also promotes the regional and social impact of the projects and the university of applied sciences’ working life and business cooperation.
Open operating methods facilitate the transfer of know-how and knowledge and generate new knowledge in the mutual interaction between the university of applied sciences and working life. They also promote networking and the birth of new innovations.
