There will be changes to the library’s service hours in early June due to staff training and event days. There may also be delays in the publication of theses.

  • Tuesday, June 2 – University Library will operate as a self-service library. The LUC Library is hosting the national Alma Day event in Rovaniemi.
  • Wednesday to Friday, June 3–5 – Kosmos Library will operate as a self-service library. Staff will be attending the Library Days event in Oulu.
  • The library chat service will be closed June 3–5. You may leave messages during that time, and we will respond on the next opening day, Monday, June 8.
  • There may be delays in the publication of theses in Theseus between June 3–5. If your publication is urgent, please notify us at theseus@ulapland.fi.

During closure periods, you can still access the library independently using your access control ID (STid).
