Goal

Objectives of the project:
  • Increase key digital technologies adoption in areas: AI, Cybersecurity, Robotics, HPC, Industry 5.0 and Data
  • Enhance digital skills and workforce upskilling for future technological challenges and opportunities
  • Facilitate Access to Funding and Investment
  • Promote Networking and Innovation Ecosystems
  • Ensure comprehensive support for all Phases of digital transformation and AI adoption.
  • Results

Project main achievements can be summarised as follows:
  • High Traffic: Robocoast has engaged over 1000 companies across all regions in Finland during EDIH one, delivering over 2000 services in AI, cybersecurity, robotics, IoT and over 200 Digital Maturity Assessments (DMA). This has made us the number 2 EDIH in Europe
  • Successful service design: We developed the Digital Review service to assess a company’s digital maturity (later DMA), while also systematically identifying business-driven development needs. Based on this analysis, a tailored roadmap was created, guiding the company to appropriate EDIH services and potential digital investments
  • Proactive financial management: The approach proved highly successful; the only challenge was the time and resources required to carry out the process. To address this, a parallel ESF-funded project was prepared and launched to provide additional resources for the implementation of the Digital Review
  • Strong Network: we built strong collaboration structures, including over 40 partnerships with Finnish EDIHs and many European EDIHs
  • Ahead of the trend on AI topics: since tarted mapping the need for structured customer journey management through AI, now bundled in our own AI Helpdesk.
