Your availability when each semester starts is essential, the rest is up to you.

There is a short training to make sure that you are ready for your new role. Apart from that, you don’t need any specific skills or knowledge. We simply want you to be yourself, open-minded, positive and highly motivated.
While the experience itself, forming new friendships and cultural exchanges are rewarding, we also believe your involvement should be compensated with a financial reward.
