The electronic meal subsidy card can be found in Tuudo. The meal subsidy card entitles you to a student-priced lunch subsidized by Kela, but not to other traditional student discounts or benefits. The meal subsidy card for open university students entitles you to a subsidized student lunch (not Kela). NOTE! The TUUDO app must be updated to the latest version. You will find more information from here. More information: Mikko Kivikoskimikko.kivikoski@ulapland.fi
